Project Phases


In this phase AKA will gain a thorough understanding of the project, which includes, an understanding of the zoning requirements, the site, and the particular needs of the client. 

Schematic Design

AKA and the Project Team will begin to study the physical layout and character of the project. All utilities and building engineering systems will be identified, along with schematic solutions.

Design Development

Design and Systems will be further developed, including basic detailing, allowing the client to submit to a contractor for an initial cost estimate for preliminary pricing.

Construction Documents

The Project Team will prepare final plans and specifications for submittal to the building Department for permits and construction.

Construction Administration

AKA and consultants will be available to aid in the bidding and construction process.
